The Main Band performed 3 excellent sets at the Kent Garden Show on Sunday 25th May. Although the weather forecast was less than encouraging, it turned out to be a warm and pleasant afternoon, and the band responded to the appreciative audience with some with superb playing which was well received. Sometimes a concert goes so well that it’s difficult to know where to start when writing about it!
Sunday 18th May 2005 was one of those days when all three of the Band’s groups played really well throughout the concert – not just well, but exceptionally so!

The Band were joined by the Choral Society for the last big concert of the year in St. Dunstan’s Church on Saturday 14th December. The festive audience were treated to set pieces from each organisation together with some joint carolling. Silly hats and Christmas jumpers were adorned for the second half of a very enjoyable end

The Band was delighted to, once again, be a part of this year’s Cranbrook Remembrance Celebrations. As always, it was an extremely moving occasion, and one which was extremely well supported by the town in general. The Band played before and during the Church Service as well as providing the Last Post and Reveille in
