Saturday 22nd December saw a section of the band performing at the Halfway House in Brenchley. This was the band’s final appearance of 2018 and marked the end of a busy and very successful Christmas season with numerous concert and carolling engagements throughout Kent and East Sussex.

The 14th December saw a first for both Cranbrook Town and all of its members when we too part in a concert with the Rye Wurlitzer Academy.

The band once again enjoyed their annual concert in aid of Brede British Legion’s Poppy Appeal during the evening of Thursday 6th December.
The band had a hectic schedule during the weekend of 24/25th November with engagements at two new venues.

This year we again sought the services of a world renown guest soloist for our charity concert in aid of Demelza Hospice Care for Children. We were both fortunate and delighted to secure the services of the tenor horn virtuoso, Owen Farr.
