Training Band on Top Form
Cranbrook Town Band’s Training Band performed 3 pieces in the Band’s recent concert in aid of Demelza Hospice – a hymn tune, the James Bond theme, Four Your Eyes Only and The Floral Dance. The group which currently has 13 members whose ages range between 9 to 60, meets from 6.30 to 7.30 on Thursday

Pantiles Bandstand
Temperatures were not far off the record breaking 40 degree plus predicted for the following day as the band arrived at the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells for an afternoon of music making on Sunday 17th July. Tonbridge Castle
The band were pleased to be back at one of their favourite venues of recent years, Tonbridge Castle on Sunday 3rd July.
Mid Summer Fair
Our normal conductor, Ian Lanceley was playing with another band in the North of the Country in the Whit Friday March competitions so it was guest conductor John Groves who normally conducts the Kent Police band, who had the baton today.
Diamond Jubilee
The band were pleased to perform twice during the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations.
Our first concert took place at Hole Park in Rolvenden on Thursday evening for the lighting of their Beacon.
