The band were pleased to be back at one of their favourite venues of recent years, Tonbridge Castle on Sunday 3rd July.
Our normal conductor, Ian Lanceley was playing with another band in the North of the Country in the Whit Friday March competitions so it was guest conductor John Groves who normally conducts the Kent Police band, who had the baton today.
The band were pleased to perform twice during the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations.
Our first concert took place at Hole Park in Rolvenden on Thursday evening for the lighting of their Beacon.
