It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to our dear friend and much-loved member of the band, Graeme McAusland. Since joining us in 2003, Graeme became such an important part of band life, not just through his role as concert secretary for many years, but through his dedication and the friendships he built with us all.
His sudden passing has left us all shocked and heartbroken, and there will be a real sense of loss at every rehearsal and performance without him. Graeme will be remembered not only for everything he gave to the band, but for the kindness and good humour he brought to every moment.
Our thoughts are very much with Fiona and all of Graeme’s family at this incredibly difficult time.
