Saturday 12th of September saw the band playing at a 50th birthday party bash for back row cornet player, Graeme McAusland. Graeme has been a stalwart of the back row for many years and it was great that he chose to celebrate his big day with a concert by the band attended by his friends and family.
As you can tell from photos Graeme is a Scot and he managed to swap his normal band uniform for a slightly different one for this occasion.
The band and part-goers enjoyed lovely weather and spectacular views over the Kent countryside, all accompanied by a variety of concert pieces played from the patio.
